Crafting[]

Note: The type of Planks used will not affect the Button.

  • Stone Block => 1 Stone Button

Note: Cobblestone Blocks don't work, only Stone.

Usage[]

Buttons can be used to provide a temporary Redstone signal to Redstone circuitry. This includes opening Iron Doors and Wooden Doors for a short time.

Trivia[]

  • Stone Buttons can be hidden on a stone wall, due to the fact that they look exactly like Stone from a distance.
  • Buttons and Levers can be attached directly to blocks like Dispensers and Droppers.
  • Bug: From Update 1.0 through Update 1.0.3, Buttons became solid allowing the Player to stand on them.
  • Bug: Wooden Buttons repeat the clicking sound when activated by Arrows.
  • Bug: In Update 0.15.0, if a Player moves close to a Stone Button, the texture of a Wooden Button can be seen inside of it.
  • Bug: In Update 1.0.5, when using the /give Command to get Buttons, the texture will be the corresponding Block. (e.g. Wooden Button is Wood, Stone Button is Stone)
