Chorus Fruit is a type of Food that is dropped when a Chorus Plant is broken. It was added in Update 1.0.
Obtaining
Chorus Fruit is obtained from breaking a Chorus Plant, found in the outer islands of The End.
Smelting
- 1 Chorus Fruit + Any Fuel => 1 Popped Chorus Fruit
Usage
Chorus Fruit, when eaten, will restore 4 Hunger points (
) and 2.4 Hunger Saturation. It does not require the Player to have less than a full hunger bar to eat. The Player may also be teleported to a random location within a 8x8x8 area around them; there is a 1 second cooldown before the Player can teleport again.
Trivia
- Chorus Fruit can be eaten even with a full hunger bar, like both types of Golden Apples.
- It is the only food item that can be eaten in Creative Mode.
- Chorus Fruit is the only food found naturally in The End.
