Crafting

Usage

The Enchantment Table's interface has a slot to insert the item that the Player wishes to Enchant, and one to insert the required Lapis Lazuli.

Once added, there will be three different Enchantments presented, each requiring a specific amount of Experience and Lapis Lazuli. Near the bottom of the interface, there is a preview of an Enchantment which will be included.

If The Player has enough Experience, he/she can select the option of their choice, and the item will be Enchanted.

Better Enchantments

Enchantment Tables are more effective when surrounded by Bookshelves, as they allow the Player to get better Enchantments. When surrounded by Bookshelves, small white symbols (which belong to the Standard Galatic Alphabet) will appear to float from the Bookshelves into the Enchantment Table. A minimum of fifteen Bookshelves are required in order to achieve the highest Enchantments possible.

Trivia

  • Version Exclusive: Enchantment Table books have luminosity.
  • There is no way to control what Enchantment is offered, as the effect given will be random.
  • An Enchantment Table is not the full height of a Block; it is only 12/16th of a Block.
  • The book on top of the Enchantment Table will open if a Player is within a 1 block radius, and will always face the Player even if he/she moves.
    • This will happen even if the Player has the Invisibility Status Effect.
  • If the Player destroys/adds Bookshelves near the Enchantment Table, the Table will give a new set of possible Enchantments.
    • This is also applied to adding Torches on Bookshelves, as Torches count as a Block that is between the Table and the Bookshelf.
  • Horse Armor cannot be enchanted through an Enchanting Table.
