GOLD

Gold Ingots are obtained by smelting Gold Ore in a Furnace, or sometimes through village, dungeon, and mineshaft chests.

Crafting

Gold Ingots can be used to create the gold versions of Armor and Tools. 9 gold ingots can be crafted into a Gold Block. It takes 24 gold ingots to make a full set of armor.

Gold Ingots can also be used to craft Clocks, Compasses and Powered Rails.
